1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EditChecker at editchecker.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Description of Service

EditChecker is an AI-powered media analysis platform. You upload a video or image, and our system extracts compressed frame snapshots in your browser, routes them through our secure backend to an AI vision model, and returns a structured quality report.

The service is available under four subscription tiers: Free, Basic, Pro, and Business (VIP). Each tier differs in the number of monthly analyses, frames captured, file size limit, and AI model used.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record.
• Your plan's analysis credits reset each billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access and credits until then.
• Full refunds are issued only if you cancel before using any analysis credit in the current billing cycle. Once at least one analysis has been used, your subscription cannot be refunded — it will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes calculated by Lemon Squeezy.

4. Plan Limits & Fair Use

Each plan includes a fixed number of analyses per month. These limits exist to maintain service quality for all users. Attempting to circumvent plan limits through automated scripts, account sharing, or any other means is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

The Free plan is intended for individual personal evaluation only — not for commercial use or resale of reports.

5. Your Media & Content

You retain full ownership of all media you analyze through EditChecker. We do not claim any rights to your content. Your original files never leave your device — only temporary frame snapshots are processed and immediately discarded after analysis.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to analyze any media you submit. You agree not to use EditChecker to process content that is illegal, violates third-party rights, or infringes on any applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All design, code, logic, prompts, and visual assets of EditChecker are the intellectual property of Akashi (EditChecker). You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute any part of the service without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

EditChecker provides AI-generated analysis for informational and creative improvement purposes only. Results are not guaranteed to be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific professional standard. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on the analysis results, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, attempts to exploit the system, or uses the service in a manner harmful to other users or to EditChecker's infrastructure.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly. Continued use of EditChecker after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
